Thriving Lives Co. Wellness Policy

The health and wellness of team members, clients, and the community is of utmost importance to Thriving Lives Co.. One way we strive to protect the health and wellness of everyone is by ensuring that team members and clients do not attend work / appointments if they are feeling unwell, e.g., coughing, sneezing, fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, vomiting, etc. Clients are encouraged to let the administration team know prior to their appointment if they are feeling unwell. As much notice as possible is appreciated, but we understand that is not always possible with the nature of illness. The administration team work together with clients to reschedule the appointment within a reasonable timeframe. If no suitable alternate times are available, the appointment may be cancelled in line with Thriving Lives Co.’s Cancellation Policy
