A gentle, evidence-informed program supporting people living with persistent pelvic pain.
This interdisciplinary workshop series brings together psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and exercise physiology to help you better understand pain, reduce threat in the nervous system, and build practical strategies for daily life.
This workshop series may be helpful if you:
- Live with persistent or recurrent pelvic pain
- Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of flare-ups
- Want a better understanding of pain beyond “just the pelvis”
- Are looking for a calm, supportive approach — not quick fixes
