Lauren Senini

Lauren Senini
Exercise Physiologist

Lauren is one of the Accredited Exercise Physiologists at TLC and has said she has felt lucky enough to be a part of the TLC team ever since her beginnings as a new grad. She completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2018 in Cairns with James Cook University and her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology online mid-2020.

You can find Lauren servicing the region of Gordonvale to North Cairns, as well as providing outreach services in Yarrabah and Mossman/Port Douglas. Her special clinical interests lie in all types of neurological conditions, persistent pain, education, and facilitating clients’ self-management of their health. What excites her most about working for TLC is the vast range of individuals and health conditions we have the privilege to support, getting to zip around in her car all day to see people at locations that suit them, and the collaborative, interdisciplinary team culture.

Lauren is a born and bred southside Cairns local, and when she’s not working, she enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with family, playing touch football, reading, and camping.
