Innisfail Clinic Location

Our Innisfail clinic location is located within the Target Family Health building to allow our allied health team ease of communication and collaboration with the local medical professionals, and increased convenience and accessibility for our clients in accessing healthcare services under one roof.

This location is wheelchair accessible with parking available on the street. Exercise Physiology Appointments can be booked at our Innisfail clinic location between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Friday, and all other allied health services can be booked by appointment only either via phone or email to our friendly administrative team based in Cairns.

Mobile Service Provision

Our clinical team are highly mobile and can travel to and complete sessions in homes, local gyms, local pools, daycare centers, schools, or within the community, based on the individual needs of the client and always in close collaboration with all key stakeholders involved in our client’s care and recovery.
